About the Founder
Ed Fraschetti has been quietly fixing America's bakeries for four decades.
At 20 years old, Ed walked into the baking world with an electrical background and a stubborn habit of solving problems other engineers wouldn't touch. He started with rotary scoring blades — and never stopped.
Over 40+ years, he's designed custom automated machinery, rebuilt fire-damaged production lines, integrated proprietary equipment, and laid out entire plants for some of the most respected names in commercial baking. Most of his work is one of a kind. Most of his customers come back.
He's still picking up the phone, still answering scoring questions, and still building parts in Cleveland, Ohio.
